Uniforms

Girls, grades K-4: A plaid jumper with a white blouse is required.

Girls, grades 5-12: A gray dress with the school fabric and pattern is required, but it does not need to be a cape dress. Material must be bought from the school office. If you need someone to sew dresses for you, please let the office know. There will be a $30 fee for each sewn dress.

Boys: An FCS logo shirt is required for all grades.  The gray FCS polo shirts can be worn by boys in grades K-12.  The gray FCS dress shirt, in addition to the polos, can be worn by boys in grades 9-12.

Shoe Policy

Boys:  Boys’ shoes may be dress shoes or sneakers, but must be completely black, including symbols and soles.

Girls:  Girls’ dress shoes may be black, grey, or white.  Sneakers may be worn, but must be completely black, like the boys are required to wear.

Enclosed you will find the first tuition invoice for the 2021-2022 school term.  This invoice is due August 20.  You will receive one invoice per month for ten months.  It will be due on the third Friday of each month.  Your standard bill will be the same each month. Throughout the year, there may be some additional charges for uniforms, achievement tests, re-enrollment, unreturned envelopes, field trips, convention, etc.  Feel free to reach out to Mr. King with any questions you might have.

Physicals

Physical forms must be turned in to the office for those entering kindergarten, 7th, and 10th grades.  A physical is also required for new students entering our school in any grade.  If you have not taken care of this yet, please do so.  Doing this will save the nurse and administration a lot of extra time.  Forms are available at the office. Please remember to take care of and return immunization records to the school office before September 1. This is especially important for students in Kindergarten.

Health Room Emergency Forms

These new forms will be sent home the first week of school.  Please fill out and send back to the office ASAP.  These forms help us know how to care for your student in case of an emergency.

Transportation

If you have not received a notice regarding busing from your school district by August 13, please call your local school district’s transportation office.  They should have a schedule for you.  If you have not returned your transportation request to us, please do so immediately.

Volleyball Games

We are looking forward to another exciting volleyball season! The schedule is listed at two places on the school website.  You can find it under girls’ volleyball and also on the calendar.  Everyone is welcome to attend the games and cheer on our Lady Falcons.  We would like to remind parents that we are not responsible to babysit your children during home games. During away games, the school staff is not responsible for younger children who go along with their older siblings.

The Snack Bar will be open for most home games.  The proceeds help cover the cost of games and benefit the student activities fund.  We appreciate your support!
