Yellow Envelope Correspondence
At the end of each month, your newsletter, calendar, invoice, and other parent correspondence will be placed in this yellow envelope and sent home with the oldest student in your family.
Please read the contents, sign and date the envelope, and return the envelope to the office by the due date on your invoice or sooner. Keep the information that is inside. Your signature tells us you have the information. Feel free to use the envelope to make payments or other communications when returning it to the office.
Emergency Health Forms
Each year an emergency health form must be completed for each student. They are included in this mailing. Please fill out a form for each of your students and return them to the office by Friday, September 18. The school nurse will be overseeing them this year. Thank you for helping us with this!
WhatsApp Messaging
We will use WhatsApp messaging to communicate important information to you. If you need a number added or deleted, please let the office know. You can also check the website for information. The calendar on the website is a current place for information.
Label Your Children’s Clothing
It would be extremely helpful if you would take the time to write your child’s name on the tags of their sweaters and jackets. Our lost and found bin is always overflowing with unclaimed items. A name would help us return the items to their owner.
Volleyball
Another exciting volleyball season is here!
The schedule can be found on the website on the sports page or on the calendar.
Everyone is welcome to attend the games! We would like to remind parents that we are not responsible for babysitting your children during home games. During away games, the school staff is not responsible for younger children who go along with their older siblings. The Snack Bar will be open for most home games. You can check the calendar on the website to see if it will be open. The proceeds help cover the cost of games and benefit the student activities fund. We appreciate your support!
Trash-a-Thon
We are excited to announce that we will be having our annual Trash-a-Thon again this year! It will be held on Wednesday, October 14. The school will partner with the Reading Public Works Department to clean up trash on the streets of Reading. Parents are needed to help. Please contact the office if you can help us. More information will be coming soon!
